• Lead the roadmap for wealth propositions. • Own Financial Planning Frameworks. • Drive Proposition Innovation. • Own problem framing end-to-end. • Apply Systems Thinking for Wealth. • Ensure Regulatory Excellence. • Partner with senior leadership to align wealth propositions.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years’ experience in Product Management. • Deep understanding of Consumer Propositions. • Ambiguous problem-solving strength. • Experimentation leadership: designing and running experiments. • Strategic & Commercial Mindset. • Excellent Communication. • Analytical execution. • Senior Individual Contributor. • Nice to have: Experience within wealth management, fintech, or digital environment.
