📋 Description

• Investigate fraud attacks, quantify their impact, and present findings that drive prioritisation and response • Propose and refine rule-based mitigations with fraud operations and engineering through implementation • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards monitoring fraud trends, rule performance, and operational metrics • Collaborate with fraud operations, data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate insights into action • Identify emerging patterns and flag risks before escalation • Participate in a recruiter phone call, SQL technical take-home task, technical interview, and behavioural interview

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst (Fraud), or a similar role (4+ years, can be made up for with accomplishments) • Strong problem solving skills • Advanced proficiency with SQL and complex queries across large datasets • Experience in fraud, risk, or financial services • Exposure to Python or scripting for data manipulation and analysis • Proficiency with a BI tool such as PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, Superset, or Redash • Strong stakeholder management skills • Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or an alternative spreadsheet tool • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field • Data governance experience is a plus • Python or another scripting language is a plus • Git or another version control tool is a plus
