📋 Description

• Responsible for prioritizing the product backlog; • Responsible for understanding users' pain points and needs, conducting validation and acceptance testing, and supporting product delivery; • Responsible for delivering product features with high visibility to the team and the business; • Responsible for creating a requirements backlog, defining and validating user stories, and mapping all functionalities that will be involved or not; • Evolve the product and user journeys for the squad; • Plan product deliveries and prioritize the backlog; • Participate in daily ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective, etc.); • Maintain a clear view of the Roadmap and Backlog; • Act as an agile support for applying development best practices (Design Thinking, Scrum, etc.) to the team; • Have experience managing highly complex projects; • Have solid knowledge in requirements elicitation, technical solution definition, drafting functional scope (SoD), creating user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements flow, detailed specifications, user flows, creating functional and acceptance test scenarios, drafting functional requirements, and monitoring KPIs using predefined standards; • Provide clarity to the team and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders; • Ability to understand the environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Systems Analysis, Mathematics, Engineering, or related IT fields — or twice the required experience in lieu of a degree. • Product Owner certification (CSPO) or postgraduate degree in Information Technology (minimum 360 hours); • Function Point Analysis course (minimum 8 hours); • Minimum of 6 years in requirements analysis, business analysis, and client/user relationship, working with agile or traditional methodologies; • Experience as a Product Owner is desirable; • Technical English for reading; • Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum); • Business process mapping and modeling; • Project management and UML; • BPM (Business Process Management) and Electronic Document Management (EDM); • Function Point Analysis; • Web and client-server technologies, with a focus on Java.
