📋 Description

• Supporting delivery of and maintaining systems for core accounting, regulatory reporting, treasury and financial planning & analysis teams • Supporting vendor selection, configuration, maintenance and administration of third party systems • Ensuring systems are operating effectively and helping set out the future of these systems • Maintaining third party systems including user access, configuration changes, managing upgrades • Supporting the selection of any new systems / vendors across the finance function • Monitoring performance KPIs, troubleshooting and resolving problems with existing software • Working closely with engineering colleagues to ensure data quality • Maintaining internal controls for the systems and analyzing current control processes

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of at least one accounting / ERP system • Ideally experience of implementing and supporting SAP • Experience working within banking/ finance and supporting financial business processes • Experience working closely with software vendors, software engineers and data teams • Experience working closely with embedded data analysts / scientists • Proficient with SQL and data visualisation tooling (such as Looker, Tableau, etc.) • Experience designing and implementing technical infrastructure for systems support and monitoring • Extremely good time management and stakeholder management skills • A bachelor's or vocational degree in information systems, computing, software engineering, or a related field (nice to have) • Used to agile ways of working (Kanban, Scrum) tracked in JIRA or Trello (nice to have)
