📋 Description

• Provide in-person and telehealth psychiatric care to adolescents (11+) and adults • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Prescribe and manage medications, with careful attention to safety, efficacy, and patient education • Maintain timely and complete clinical documentation in accordance with state and practice standards • Participate in case consultations and peer collaboration • Build strong therapeutic rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds

🎯 Requirements

• Active Washington PMHNP license and Washington furnishing number • Active or pending Washington DEA license • 2+ years of experience treating adolescents (ages 11–17) and adults • Experience diagnosing and treating: ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder • Comfort with hybrid care delivery: in-person and virtual • Proficiency with EHR and telehealth platforms • Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
