• Beratung der Mandanten operativ in vielfältigen ESG-Bereichen, mit Schwerpunkt auf CSRD und VSME • Erstellung von Ergebnissen als Grundlage für neue Berichts- und Steuerungsprozesse • Überwachung der Projektziele und Qualität der Arbeitsergebnisse • Sinnvolle, strukturierte und zielorientierte Gestaltung komplexer Projekte • Analyse von Berichtsinhalten und Systemarchitekturen • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Organisationsentwicklung
🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder in vergleichbaren Bereichen • Fähigkeiten zur Analyse interner und externer Berichtsinhalte, Prozesse und Systemarchitekturen • Gute Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektarbeit/-management • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Reporting-Software wie Lucanet, ESG-Software oder ERP-Systemen • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
