📋 Description

• Support government programs by coordinating project deliverables, tracking progress, and managing communication • Ensure timely submission of all required reports and documentation • Support the development of new operational processes • Help maintain project organization through consistent documentation and tracking practices • Track and consolidate inputs from multiple contributors to create comprehensive project deliverables, reports, and presentations • Manage document control, ensuring all project files, deliverables, and correspondence are properly versioned, stored, and accessible • Support equipment tracking and asset management • Review and verify expense reports for accuracy and compliance • Monitor project timelines and deliverable schedules • Assist in preparing project status reports, performance summaries, and briefing materials

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience • Prior experience working as a government employee or contractor • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required • J2X / J3X / J4X / J8X experience preferred • Experience managing Special Operations classified contracts
