📋 Description
• Responsible for leading application analysts on deliverables, deadlines, and communication with leadership and operational stakeholders. • Responsible for reviewing the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis with operations as well as leadership. • Responsible for the implementation and support of applications. • Works closely with end users to troubleshoot and correct problems relating to applications and assists with conversions and implementations of software products. • Uses operational knowledge to seek out, research, and evaluate a variety of solutions to provide end users with high-quality, efficient products. • Maintains and supports specified installed application software products.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field or 5 years of related experience - Required • 5 Years related experience - Required • Experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments - Required • Application system build experience required - Required • Epic certification(s) or accreditation - achieved within 120 days of hire - Required • If certification or accreditation not achieved upon hire must be willing to travel or actively participate in remote training; caregiver allowed 3 attempts to complete certification exam - Required Upon Hire • Epic certification(s) or accreditation - current - Preferred Upon Hire
