• Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make work safer • Over 120,000 customers across various industries • Seeking a strategic Director of Product Design to lead the design vision • Shape future vehicle and equipment tracking and compliance solutions • Deliver exceptional user-centric experiences for fleet managers and drivers • Foster high-performance design culture and mentor design team members • Evolve design system for consistent user experience across products

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in user experience, interaction, and interface design • significant experience leading and managing product design teams within a SaaS environment • demonstrated success leading the design of complex web and mobile products in collaboration with cross-functional teams • a compelling online portfolio demonstrating strong understanding of user-centered design principles • deep understanding of and proven experience in developing, implementing, and scaling design systems • excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills • experience collaborating effectively with distributed or global teams • strong business acumen • ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry • familiarity with or a strong interest in fleet management, logistics, or related industries
