📋 Description

• Provide internal and external thought leadership in safety and compliance • Provide context to enhance risk, safety, and compliance strategies • Enable internal Sales teams on the value customers seek through enhanced safety and compliance • Influence productization of value-added Professional Services • Build brand awareness through conferences, white papers, articles, speaking engagements, panels, podcasts, and Safety Leader Bootcamps • Share best practices from enterprise telematics providers • Identify target prospects within prioritized verticals • Develop growth strategy recommendations leveraging key accounts • Guide a product development roadmap aligned with the growth strategy • Collaborate with Sales Development to incorporate safety best practices into sales initiatives • Support safety and compliance inquiries from potential clients • Assist with sales collateral and proposals • Integrate safety and compliance best practices into client engagements • Conduct client discovery to identify efficiency improvements, claims-cost reductions, and other pain points • Develop and drive customized client onboarding plans • Support driver communication, supervisor training, installation planning, and human capital considerations • Customize Motive programs and feature settings • Provide rollout communication tools and templates • Scope KPIs and business intelligence needs • Represent Motive at relevant trade association meetings and support regulatory and legislative advocacy

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of successful experience within the fleet safety industry • 5+ years of experience working with safety or fleet management telematics technology • Experience in one or more transportation segments: Waste, Oil/Gas, Trucking, Services, Transit, and Federal or State Government • Record of successfully developing and implementing risk, safety, and prevention programs that reduce risk, injuries, and overall cost • Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and FMCSR regulations • Experience in safety program development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting • Strong consultative and coaching abilities within organizations • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence • Flexibility to travel up to 60% • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations • Education, work experience, and certifications may affect compensation
