📋 Description

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of web development initiatives • Lead agile delivery practices (primarily Kanban), ensuring a consistent flow of work and continuous improvement • Translate business and product priorities into clear roadmaps • Manage team capacity, priorities, and workflow using tools such as Jira, Monday.com and Lucid • Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership (SLT) • Facilitate decision-making to maintain delivery momentum • Support the delivery of AI/ML-driven features (e.g. recommendations, agentic experiences), while building an understanding of how these can be applied within e-commerce • Support testing, release, and continuous improvement practices • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy standards, particularly when working with customer data • Provide clear delivery updates, timelines and trade-offs • Be comfortable getting into the detail when needed, while maintaining a high-level view of delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager (or similar) in a web or digital environment • Strong experience delivering medium to large-scale software projects • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Highly organised, with strong planning and prioritisation skills • Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously • Proactive in identifying problems and driving solutions • Calm under pressure, with a pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset • Interest in AI and emerging technologies
