📋 Description

• Lead implementation and delivery of mpathic's solutions across clinical research programs and healthcare studies • Coordinate healthcare customers, human data operations, account management, engineering, and product • Deploy mpathic's Studio platform and data capture solutions • Onboard users and train site personnel, coordinators, investigators, and customer stakeholders • Coordinate study startup, implementation planning, device management, site activation, testing, and operational readiness • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, blockers, and deliverables • Coordinate customer deployments and implementation activities from study startup through completion • Manage review workflows, priorities, capacity planning, study metrics, data quality indicators, and operational KPIs • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customer engagements and manage stakeholder expectations • Lead status meetings, implementation reviews, executive updates, escalations, and issue resolution • Coordinate hardware vendor provisioning, inventory, shipments, and vendor-side delay resolution • Partner with customers' CROs on site activation sequencing, integration dependencies, and data reconciliation • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Research, Human Data Operations, and Customer Success • Translate customer and business requirements into project plans • Develop dashboards, reporting mechanisms, implementation playbooks, training materials, and project documentation • Identify and implement improvements to delivery workflows, communication, coordination, efficiency, consistency, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management, implementation management, clinical operations, customer delivery, or related experience • Experience supporting clinical trials, clinical research programs, healthcare technology implementations, or life sciences initiatives • Experience training customers, end users, or study personnel on software platforms • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to partner effectively with technical teams • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to engage confidently with customer stakeholders, clinical teams, executives, and technical teams • Track record of identifying risks early and driving projects to successful outcomes • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment • Ability to build trust and influence across teams without direct authority • Commitment to quality, accountability, customer success, and operational excellence • Bonus: experience in clinical research, life sciences, digital health, healthcare technology, behavioral health, or AI safety • Bonus: familiarity with GCP, clinical trial operations, site management, or regulated healthcare environments • Bonus: experience with eCOA, ePRO, digital health, patient engagement, or data collection platforms • Bonus: experience managing distributed reviewer, annotation, adjudication, quality assurance, or human data operations teams • Bonus: PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or related project management certification • Bonus: experience working in startup or high-growth environments
