• Drive meaningful patient impact by leveraging scientific expertise and serving as the primary contact for customers in the assigned territory • Collaborate with Account Executives, Integrated Delivery Systems leaders, and field colleagues as part of the local Customer Team • Develop and manage relationships with cardiologists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals • Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics • Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics • Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company portfolio • Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers and business professionals according to product labeling • Provide management with updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals • Maintain knowledge of headquarters-approved information regarding products, disease, and marketplace • Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support planning and sales impact • Cover the Flushing, Brooklyn, Jamaica, Astoria, and Corona, NY territory • Travel as required by territory needs, including approximately 25% overnight travel for client meetings and territory coverage
• S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years of relevant work experience • S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience, or high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience • Relevant experience may include professional sales, marketing, military service, or healthcare/scientific roles in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices • Ability to analyze complex data and use insights to develop strategic sales plans • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage healthcare professionals • Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer expectations • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills • Organizational and time-management skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively • Valid driver’s license • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships • Reside in the territory or within 25 miles of the workload center for designated metro territories; otherwise willing to relocate at own expense • Preferred background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service • Preferred experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals • Preferred minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience • Preferred cardiovascular sales experience with established cardiologist and endocrinologist relationships • Preferred experience launching products and succeeding in competitive markets • Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details clearly • Proficiency using advanced analytics to generate customer insights and drive sales • Comfortable leveraging multichannel tools and technology to expand sales reach and impact • Proactive learning approach and agile growth mindset • No visa sponsorship • Valid driving license required
