📋 Description

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new customers for the IDAL intradermal vaccination system for swine. • Identify and engage potential customers (swine producers, associations and veterinarians) interested in adopting new technologies to improve health management in pigs. • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and technological advances of the IDAL system for vaccinating pigs. • Provide training, technical support and troubleshooting for the IDAL system at customer sites in collaboration with our technical advisor team. • Train farm staff, veterinarians and customers in the correct use of the IDAL system to ensure accurate and effective vaccination procedures. • Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the use of IDAL devices in swine production. • Act as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties pursue vaccination and business objectives collaboratively. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including managers of swine operations, veterinarians, industry partners, processors and regulators. • Work with our national and global teams, including colleagues from other regions, to share best practices, develop strategies and leverage insights from different markets. • Use data-driven insights to improve business processes, customer satisfaction and product performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Business or a related field. • Practical experience in agricultural production with a focus on swine husbandry and agricultural technologies. • A network within the swine industry, including connections to larger farms, is an advantage. • Experience in sales, customer acquisition or business development in the agricultural sector is desirable. • Knowledge of intradermal vaccination techniques and familiarity with IDAL systems is a plus. • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). • Experience with farm management systems and data analysis is an advantage. • Ideally based in the region and willing to travel up to 70% within the described area.
