• Manage district team of 7-9 HSCs • Conduct district business reviews • Build and manage customer relationships • Oversee district business plans • Collaborate cross-functionally
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Science • 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience • 5+ years people management experience • Previous experience in CNS, ADHD or Mental Health therapeutic areas preferred • Valid driver’s license • CCPE Basic • CCPE People Management Accreditation preferred
