📋 Description
• Lead service projects through execution and warranty phase • Serve as the primary customer contact post-installation • Manage schedules, budgets, and project profitability • Support startup, commissioning, and field troubleshooting • Coordinate with engineering, sales, and field teams • Handle change orders, subcontractors, and documentation
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years managing HVAC or technical service projects • Strong customer-facing and project leadership skills • Experience with project financials, including P&L and cost tracking • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-driven environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Offers are contingent on a pre-employment drug test and background check, as applicable for the position
