📋 Description

• Act as a hands-on Tech Lead: pair programming, code reviews, and resolution of critical impediments. • Monitor team performance and organize feedback to support professional growth. • Participate in the software architecture process, aligning business requirements with technology. • Serve as the focal point for technical refinements, supporting the architect in presenting the vision to cross-functional squads. • Ability and experience to make decisions when facing blockers or unexpected events to ensure smooth progress of projects and the team. • Communicate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to remove blockers and ensure delivery. • Ensure best practices for observability, testing, security, and performance throughout the software lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• System-level perspective and functional understanding of APIs. • Experience with Java versions 11 and 17. • Knowledge of Spring Boot 2.x and 3.x. • Experience with microservices architecture and developing RESTful APIs. • Experience with MongoDB for data modeling and persistence. • Experience using Redis in distributed applications to optimize performance. • Experience with RabbitMQ for messaging and asynchronous communication. • Knowledge of systems architecture and development best practices. • Experience building and documenting APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI). • Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP protocols. • Experience with container environments and managing Kubernetes (K8s) clusters. • Experience developing cloud solutions (XaaS). • Experience with DevOps practices (Git, SonarQube, Jenkins, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines. • Knowledge of authentication and authorization tools (OAM_ID, OAuth, SAML, among others).
