📋 Description
• Support Mutares’ invested portfolio companies • Assist with the overall transformation strategy, identifying business improvement opportunities, and implementing and tracking initiatives together with the local management team • Conduct business analysis for transparency on risks and opportunities • Collaborate with local teams for targeted improvements and transparency through tracking and reporting • Conduct overarching strategy analysis for potential synergies • Support M&A team in due diligence and identify improvement potentials
🎯 Requirements
• Successfully completed a degree in the field of economics, finance engineering or similar with outstanding results • At least 6 years of experience in a Commercial Excellence role in industry or consulting, with 1 year of experience in consulting being a prerequisite • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Business fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate in a well-structured and concise manner • Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week (typically Monday – Thursday) and to work in an international environment
