📋 Description
• Act as the CEO’s strategic partner in day-to-day operations and decision-making. • Drive alignment across Community Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering, HR, and Central Ops. • Translate high-level objectives into clear projects, timelines, and deliverables. • Maintain strong communication flow between leadership and teams with transparency and accountability. • Oversee reporting cadence across all departments (daily, weekly, monthly). • Consolidate department KPIs into a unified executive dashboard. • Identify blockers early and coordinate resolution with responsible leads. • Run leadership syncs, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure decisions translate into action. • Own company-wide project tracking to keep initiatives on time and in scope. • Partner with Central Operations to improve systems, workflows, and dashboards. • Measure and report on business performance: growth, supply-demand balance, operational efficiency, and marketing ROI. • Support the CEO on high-impact projects, expansion efforts, and strategic partnerships. • Ensure company updates, goals, and priorities are clearly communicated across teams. • Synthesize data and insights into concise reports for the CEO and leadership team. • Represent the CEO in internal or external meetings when needed. • Prepare briefing docs, agendas, and post-meeting summaries for executive follow-through.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in operations, strategy, or management consulting. • Experience in Chief of Staff, Ops Director, or Program Manager roles. • Strong understanding of cross-functional business operations. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Data-driven, proactive, and highly reliable under pressure. • Startup or logistics industry experience preferred. • Advanced proficiency in ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and AI tools.
