📋 Description

• Own the onboarding, integration, support, and retention of Muvr’s business partners. • Ensure partners meet SLA requirements and receive timely support. • Drive partner SLA performance, identifying risks and resolving issues. • Act as the first point of contact for partner escalations. • Maintain high partner retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement. • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to align partner needs with company goals. • Track and analyze partner performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. • Ensure compliance with Muvr’s policies and operational guardrails.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Account Management, or Logistics Operations. • Strong track record managing enterprise accounts and enforcing SLAs. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex partner relationships. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
