• Oversee the end-to-end partner lifecycle — from onboarding and activation to engagement, retention, and reactivation. • Coordinate with Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition for new partners entering the platform. • Conduct partner onboarding sessions, training sessions, and activation follow-ups. • Manage partner communication and support, addressing inquiries, tracking operational issues, and escalating as needed. • Track and analyze partner performance metrics (activation rate, order volume, engagement rate, satisfaction). • Maintain and update partner data, records, and contracts within CRM systems. • Collaborate with Driver Ops, Community Ops, and Customer Support to ensure end-to-end service excellence. • Help build and refine SOPs, playbooks, and onboarding documentation for partner management. • Support rollout of campaigns, promotions, and partnership initiatives. • Use AI tools and automations to streamline partner communication, reporting, and engagement.
• 2–4 years of experience in partner operations, account management, or business operations (experience in logistics, delivery, or marketplace platforms preferred). • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with external partners. • Data-driven mindset — able to track metrics and translate insights into action. • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple partner accounts. • Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or reporting dashboards is a plus. • Strong written and spoken English; excellent cross-team collaboration.
