📋 Description

• Review customer and provider interactions (chat, email, phone) for tone, accuracy, and compliance. • Audit tickets for SOP adherence and policy accuracy. • Identify trends, root causes, and performance improvement opportunities. • Deliver structured QA feedback to agents and leads. • Partner with Enablement and CentralOps on training and process optimization. • Support compliance with GDPR, CCPA, PCI, and internal data protection policies. • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring and judgment. • Produce QA reports and drive data-informed improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QA, audit, or quality control within Customer Support or Community Operations. • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data-driven insights. • Excellent communication skills — clear, constructive, and professional. • Proficiency with QA or ticketing tools (Zendesk QA, MaestroQA, Playvox, Salesforce Service Cloud). • Detail-oriented with a high standard for fairness and accuracy. • Experience in logistics, marketplace, or gig-economy operations (preferred). • Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, or PCI compliance frameworks (preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
