📋 Description

• Manage and schedule all social media content across Muvr’s brand channels and the Founder’s personal accounts using Publer, Metricool, or similar tools. • Maintain a detailed multi-platform content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others). • Oversee daily content repurposing workflows — transforming long-form videos into short clips, quotes, reels, carousels, and stories. • Upload, format, and syndicate content across 1,000+ child accounts while maintaining consistency and publishing accuracy. • Partner with the Creative Director, Social Lead, and Founder’s Brand Team to coordinate daily publishing flow and approvals. • Format, caption, tag, and optimize every post according to platform best practices and trends. • Collaborate with the Engagement and Automation Teams to align posting cadence and maximize visibility. • Track performance metrics (reach, views, engagement, growth) and prepare weekly performance summaries. • Maintain structured naming conventions and media libraries in Google Drive for fast access and content reuse. • Manage both organic and paid content publishing, including sponsored collaborations and influencer posts. • Support experimentation and trend adoption — identifying viral formats, trending sounds, and emerging storytelling patterns.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Scheduler, or Content Operations Specialist. • Exceptional organizational and project management skills — comfortable handling large volumes of content. • Proficiency with social scheduling tools (Metricool, Publer, Later, Buffer) and Google Workspace. • Understanding of both short-form and long-form content workflows across major social platforms. • Detail-oriented with strong creative instincts — knows how to adapt content per platform tone and format. • Comfortable managing multi-account environments and scheduling at scale. • Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced teams. • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, OpusClip, Descript, Notion AI, etc.) for captioning, repurposing, and ideation is a plus.
