• 2+ years of experience editing short-form social videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). • Proficiency with AI-assisted editing platforms (Descript, OpusClip, Captions, Runway, or similar). • Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling for vertical content. • Ability to identify viral hooks, trending formats, and platform-specific nuances. • Excellent attention to detail and fast turnaround under daily deadlines. • Familiarity with modern creator culture and meme formats. • Organized, self-driven, and thrives in fast-moving, founder-led creative environments. • Nice to Have: Experience editing for multiple brands or creators simultaneously. • Basic motion graphics or sound-design skills. • Knowledge of analytics (watch-time, retention, CTR) to refine creative decisions. • Familiarity with ChatGPT or AI workflows for idea generation and scripting.
