📋 Description

• Monitor all stages of the project life cycle, ensuring deliverables are aligned with established deadlines, costs, and quality standards; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (researchers, engineers, and external partners) on technological and regulatory development; • Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies related to the implementation of processes and new products; • Prepare and review technical documentation, including progress reports, scientific articles, and compliance/financial reports for regulatory agencies and funders; • Oversee and supervise tests and assays at partner laboratories, ensuring compliance with national and international standards (Anvisa, Inmetro, FDA); • Participate in the planning and execution of industrial processes, with a focus on optimization and continuous innovation; • Promote scientific writing initiatives by publishing conducted studies to disseminate the knowledge developed by the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field, with active registration with the appropriate professional council; • Residence in Porto Alegre or the Metropolitan Region, with availability to work in the Vale dos Sinos area at specific times; • Master’s or PhD in health-related fields or technological innovation; • Practical experience in managing early-stage scientific research projects in the health or technological innovation area; • Familiarity with medical and hospital regulatory frameworks, such as Anvisa; • Advanced English for reading, writing, and communication in technical and corporate contexts; • Excellent technical writing skills, experience preparing scientific articles, project proposals, and reports, and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
