📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • The primary function of the job is to develop Power Distribution Assembly solution business sales (Transformers/ LV & MV Switchgear) through EPC and Contractors. • Main interface to extend Licensee and company's own Solution to Contractors and EPCs in selected segment. • Drive solution sales: Through turnkey/electrical contractors and project distributors. • Consultative sales: Utilize deep power distribution design knowledge (IEC compliant). • Product application expertise: Develop customer knowledge (MV/LV, transformer, RMU, GIS, AIS). • Business development: Target Data Center, Manufacturing, and critical facilities segments. • Quality management: Implement process approach and risk-based thinking.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Power Distribution solution sales • Network with local EPCs, Contractors, Global EPC’s • Technical Selling for Power Distribution Assembly solutions • Knowledge in MV Switchgears, Transformers • Commercial Acumen and Sensitivities to Project GTM Model
