📋 Description
• Create moodboards and final mockups in line with each project's visual and experience guidelines • Develop Design Systems based on a set of visual rules, principles, constraints and best practices • Create interactive prototypes • Provide the development team with storyboards for animations, transitions and other technical assets that add value to the product • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape future products • Produce graphic content for presentations and digital channels • Conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities and iterate based on user feedback • Present design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, clearly communicating the value and impact of design decisions
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Communication Design, formal training in UX/UI Design or a related field • 3–8 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer • Experience contributing to web and mobile development projects • Proficient with Figma • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Suite) • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools • Strong ability to communicate ideas and solutions clearly and effectively • Excellent skills in visualizing and presenting concepts • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with critical and creative thinking skills • Excellent time management, multitasking and communication skills • Fluency in English
