🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience successfully growing a social media account, brand presence, or online community from scratch • Deep fluency in Instagram and TikTok mechanics, algorithms, and growth signals like retention, hooks, and shareability • Razor sharp copywriting skills with a native, instinctive understanding of internet culture, memes, and humor • A highly resourceful and experimental mindset • Fluent English (flawless written and verbal communication) • Active relationships with digital creators in the entertainment, comics, and humor verticals (highly preferred)
