📋 Description

• Responsible for overall monitoring of progress through face-to-face visits, direct observation of consumers and their Behavior Plan implementation by staff. • Conduct monitoring in consumers' living settings and provide follow-up, technical assistance, and support. • Work with the Regional Senior Behavior Analyst to identify issues affecting consumer progress. • Complete surveys specific to consumer's watch status and document in appropriate databases. • Conduct onsite designations for Intensive Behavior and Behavior Focus group homes and provide follow-up monitoring visits.

🎯 Requirements

• At least two year’s experience working with persons with developmental disabilities. • Experience reviewing behavioral data, graphs, behavior programs, and providing written reports to address services needed to meet health and safety. • Valid Driver’s License or other efficient means of transportation to travel for work purposes. • Masters in psychology, or Mental Health Counseling is preferred.
