📋 Description

• Work across the entire design cycle, from understanding the problem to delivering the final solution. • Actively participate in Discovery, conducting interviews, usability tests and heuristic evaluations. • Translate requirements into flows, journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces. • Collaborate with PMs, engineers and stakeholders to define scope and prioritize. • Ensure visual and technical consistency using the company's Design System. • Analyze usage data (quantitative and qualitative) to identify opportunities for improvement. • Document design decisions, organize specifications and support the team in understanding solutions. • Contribute to presentations, alignments and communications of the design rationale.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, flows and handoff). • Strong knowledge in UX/UI, heuristics, accessibility and interface best practices. • Ability to plan and conduct usability tests and rapid research. • Skill in structuring problems and proposing user- and business-oriented solutions. • Good communication and organizational skills; ability to explain rationale, trade-offs and design decisions. • Portfolio with clear case studies demonstrating process, artifacts, decisions and learnings.
