• Increase patient engagement and retention through compassionate outreach. • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new patients. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from initial contact to ongoing care. • Performance Metrics: Conversion rate of initial inquiries to active patients, number of new patients onboarded per month, patient satisfaction scores from feedback surveys, reduction in patient drop-off rates during the initial consultation phase. • Outreach to patients who have expressed an interest in care to explain Isaac Health’s services and offerings. • Assist patients with technology and other general questions.
