📋 Description

• Work with Process Automation (RPA) • Collaborate with client to enhance business processes • Lead requirements elicitation sessions to understand business problems and propose enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Overall 10+ Years of experience • 5+ years of experience in Process Automation(RPA) business systems • Good knowledge of Banking Business Processes • Knowledge with optimization of Banking Business Processes • Experience with automating Business Processes • Experience as Business Process Consultant is a huge plus • Ability to manage multiple or large technology infrastructure functions with a focus on driving complex projects requiring participation of cross-functional groups • Experience leading a business requirements process with both technical and business partners • Experience with Agile project methodologies • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Candidate should be self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams.
