📋 Description
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and product strategy as a foundational team member • Contribute to creating a developer environment that's both efficient and genuinely enjoyable to work in • Support smooth day-to-day product operations by using monitoring and observability tools to identify and troubleshoot issues quickly • Collaborate on growing the engineering team by helping recruit, onboard, and guide new developers as we scale
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience • Strong React frontend skills • BONUS: Node backend coding • Interest in AI-driven solutions • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with independence
