📋 Description
• Operational management of customer support for an e-commerce company • Active involvement in day-to-day operations • Direct handling of customer inquiries • Coordination and leadership of support staff • Identifying and optimizing workflows and recurring issues • Handling complex customer concerns and complaints • Communicating with suppliers, particularly in warranty and guarantee cases • Ensuring high support quality and effective customer communication
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in customer support, ideally in e-commerce • Initial experience leading a team or coordinating employees • Excellent German language skills and strong communication abilities • Structured, solution-oriented, and independent approach to work • High commitment to quality and a strong understanding of customer needs • German language proficiency at C1–C2 level
