📋 Description

• Working directly with clients and talent partners as well as onboarding them to ensure best practices • Continuous search on how to improve processes at Techtree and the product we are building • Collaborate with talent partners to create great value for engineering candidate experience • Grow and nurture the network of engineers and talent partners

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of engineering sourcing and recruitment experience in a recruitment agency • Obsessing about candidates experience in the recruitment process • Start-up mentality - willing to work in a small team and be flexible - always looking for improvements • Advisory approach - helping our clients figure out the best approach, push back when necessary • High degree of confidence in all areas (communication, approach, style) • Highly developed diplomacy, influencing, negotiation and conflict management skills • Detail oriented with a strong focus on quality • Pride on the quality and accessibility of communication • Previous agency client facing experience • Ability to multitask and create new ideas • Understanding of developer life cycles and ecosystems • Enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life and value diversity
