• End-to-end personalization ownership across Groupon surfaces (home, landing pages, category hubs, onboarding, multi-channel entry). • Define strategies to collect and leverage user behavior, interest, and intent signals through passive interactions, cross-channel data, and onboarding flows. • Prototype first, scale later — build fast scrappy prototypes to validate ideas before building at scale. • Define and evolve adaptive UX modules (content, layouts, deal cards, media) that adapt dynamically to user signals and context. • Define and execute the vision for AI-driven search, filtering, and recommendations; collaborate with Search & Relevance and ML teams. • Design and run A/B tests and rapid experiments to validate UX hypotheses. • Cross-functional leadership: work closely with ML engineers, infra, analysts and marketing to ship personalized experiences consistently across platforms. • Measure impact: define KPIs, track uplift in conversion, engagement, retention, and optimize for customer delight and revenue uplift. • Evangelize personalized experience internally, align stakeholders and influence roadmaps.
• 5+ years in product management with at least 2+ in e-commerce, marketplaces, or consumer apps focused on personalization and adaptive UX. • Hands-on experience with modern prototyping and no-code/low-code tools (Figma Make, Lovable). • Track record of validating ideas fast and iterating based on data. • Passion for designing adaptive, personalized, and delightful customer experiences. • Solid grasp of how personalization engines, APIs, and AI models integrate into UX. • Skilled in setting up experiments, interpreting results, and optimizing for CVR, GP/UV, and retention. • Bias for action, delivery, and learning at speed.
