• Assist with Epic Configuration: Support customization and configuration of Epic applications to meet organizational needs. • Workflow Analysis: Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows to understand system requirements. • Testing & Validation: Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches to ensure accuracy and functionality. • End-User Support: Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to experienced analysts. • Training Support: Assist in creating user guides and training materials for member staff. • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system changes, workflows, and troubleshooting steps. • Collaboration: Work closely with experienced analysts and clinical teams to learn best practices in healthcare IT. • Engage in training and development activities to build analytical and technical skills.
• Must have successfully completed an OCHIN workforce training program or have similar experience • Epic proficiency in Cadence, Prelude, RTE, Grand Central required • Interest in data analysis, problem solving, and continuous learning • Basic understanding of healthcare operations and EHR systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills • Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools and systems • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
