📋 Description

• central point of contact for solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors implementations • analyze various customer requirements • develop comprehensive end-to-end processes for relevant SuccessFactors modules • define integration scenarios with other systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) • act as primary contact for individual module leads • present the system architecture to different stakeholders • share expertise in workshops and training sessions • work closely with module leads, consultants, developers and project managers

🎯 Requirements

• at least five years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors • deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and their integration possibilities • ideally including SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM • able to clearly explain complex topics • confident presentation to a wide range of stakeholders • experienced in leading and coordinating IT implementation projects • strong conceptual skills and enjoy solving even complex problems
