📋 Description

• This is a lucrative, COMMISSION ONLY position. • We are looking to grow exponentially and looking to build out our core dream team hence, there is ample opportunity to EARN EQUITY very quickly in our early stage startup. • If you want to help shift results on this planet, change lives, have a flexible working environment (work from anywhere!) and be supported by a team who cares about your success as much as we care about ours… Then this position MIGHT BE for you. • If you think you are good at: • - picking up the phone and confidently building a rapport with absolute strangers. • - writing amazing emails that elicit a response. • - social selling via Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. • - setting up appointments every day to fill up your calendar. • - being on the phone with prospects who are eager to speak with you. • - expressing your passion for a mission-driven product you are selling, then this position IS for you.

🎯 Requirements

• You must be HONEST, its ok to make mistakes, we understand there are some bad sales days, but be honest about them. • HUMILITY is everything for us, we demand mutual respect. • You must be HUNGRY for growth, your own success and transfer that over to further the company. • You must be LIKABLE and AUTHENTIC. Do people like you without you trying too hard? Can you be yourself easily? (You CANNOT be pushy. If so, please don't apply.) • You have reliable phone and internet access on a daily basis. • You must be METHODICAL - if you don't like routine, and you don't like details, this is NOT the position for you. You will be doing the SAME THING every day. • You must be available for our sales team meetings two times a week. • You must LOVE the enrolment process, discovering if prospects on the phone are fit to work with us, and in general - helping people and talking to people. If this is not you...do NOT apply! • You must be COACHABLE. If you think you're ALREADY a superstar and don’t know how to take constructive critique, this is NOT a position for you.
