📋 Description

• Facilitate structured workshops to explore AI and agent opportunities • Work with stakeholders to define business needs, capture requirements, and shape actionable agent use cases • Help customers identify their position on the “Frontier Firm” journey and define next steps • Design, configure, and deploy AI agents and assistants using Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI capabilities • Integrate agents with the wider Power Platform, enterprise data, and pro-code services where required • Conduct testing, gather user feedback, and iteratively improve agent quality, accuracy, user experience, and value realisation • Enable customers and internal teams to extend, govern, maintain, and scale delivered agents • Build relationships across customer organisations, from senior leadership to technical teams • Produce documentation and provide handover, training, adoption activities, agent governance, and responsible-AI guidance • Work under the guidance of a senior architect to build technical roadmaps that increase clients’ AI maturity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Maths, Physics or related field • 3+ years’ commercial experience, including internships or placement year, in customer-facing consulting roles • Ideally experience within a Microsoft Partner or similar environment • Strong understanding of Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI Builder, Power Platform, and Dataverse • Familiarity with Azure AI/Foundry and Microsoft Fabric • Experience building integrated solutions across Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, and external data sources via connectors • Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), enterprise knowledge grounding, and Microsoft pre-built AI models • Experience leading ideation and requirements workshops • Experience helping organisations move from AI experimentation to systematic, agent-led adoption • Agile delivery experience, including sprints, backlog management, and solution demonstrations • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Growth mindset, curiosity, and ability to quickly learn new services • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
