📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end delivery plan and sequence 40+ concurrent data product workstreams • Run project governance, including daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, monthly Steering Committees, and phase-gate reviews • Maintain the joint RAID log, manage change control, and keep project artefacts current • Oversee resourcing from mobilisation to ramp-down, track effort, forecast completion, and manage embedded squads • Own the risk register and manage critical cross-programme dependencies • Serve as the primary contact for client leadership in French and English • Align technical and business requirements between the francophone business domain and UK-based delivery capability • Foster a cohesive remote, cross-border team culture across France and the UK • Execute knowledge transfer, enforce quality gates, and oversee project closure and acceptance • Apply sustainability and Responsible AI assessments and ensure regulatory obligations are met

🎯 Requirements

• Full professional fluency in spoken and written English and French • Recognised programme management certification: MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent • Agile certification: Scrum Master, SAFe or equivalent • Eight or more years managing complex, multi-workstream technology programmes, including at least three years at genuine programme level • Proven delivery of data platform or large-scale data migration programmes using Databricks, Spark, or comparable lakehouse estates • Experience running supplier-led governance within a consultancy or systems integrator, accountable end-to-end to a client executive • Demonstrable ownership of Time and Materials commercials, including capped T&M, drawdown arrangements, burn tracking, day-rate resource models, and timesheet-evidenced billing • Formal end-to-end change control experience, including Change Requests, impact assessments within a five-day service level, and Board and Steering approval through signature • Experience leading remote, cross-border delivery squads across at least two countries • Experience establishing governance from a standing start, including cadence, artefacts, and reporting rhythm
