📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of 6-8 engineers, focusing on career development and technical growth. • Drive technical roadmap execution and architectural decisions. • Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and sprint planning. • Establish and maintain engineering best practices and quality standards. • Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements and timelines. • Lead hiring initiatives to build and scale the engineering team. • Foster a culture of code quality, testing, and documentation. • Manage team performance, conduct reviews, and provide regular feedback. • Balance technical debt with new feature development. • Directly contribute to engineering initiatives, coding, and code reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership experience. • Strong technical background in modern web development (React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, etc). • Databases, including SQL and noSQL. • Backend systems and APIs. • Cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS). • Experience managing teams in regulated environments. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies. • Experience with performance management and career development. • Healthcare IT experience beneficial.
