📋 Description

• Guide the transition of plans from Business Development to operations • Establish an operational relationship with Clients and Brokers • Complete implementation of Cafeteria plans • Coordinate and communicate directly with Clients, Brokers, and Vendors during implementation • Manage collection and delivery of necessary documentation and regulatory paperwork • Review and verify documentation for compliance and operational accuracy • Audit individual plan design for inefficiencies and proper fit to Client needs • Maintain regular communication with a caseload of onboarding Clients • Learn and stay current on laws and regulations governing Cafeteria and/or COBRA plans • Apply relevant laws and regulations to Clients’ plans • Meet or exceed required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Perform other duties assigned by the team supervisor and department Vice President

• Attention to detail and accuracy of work • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Professional, articulate verbal and written communication skills • Ability to follow established processes • Motivated to contribute with a positive, team-first attitude • Obtain and keep current on appropriate industry certifications • Technical aptitude to self-support in a remote work environment • Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent preferred • CFC or CAS Certification preferred but not required • Cafeteria or COBRA industry experience preferred • Ability to work regular business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm • Ability to remain seated most of the work time
