• Manually create and set up campaigns within Salesforce • Upload won campaigns into the relevant delivery systems • Ensure campaign information is entered accurately, completely and on time • Check campaign details for errors or missing information before submission • Follow established processes and campaign naming/data conventions • Work closely with the Head of Operations to manage workload during busy periods • Flag missing information, discrepancies or potential delivery issues promptly • Provide additional administrative campaign support where required
🎯 Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems and web-based platforms • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Reliable and able to work independently in a fully remote environment • Clear communicator who is comfortable asking questions when information is incomplete • Previous Salesforce experience is beneficial, but not essential if confident learning new systems quickly
