• Manage and automate NatWest Boxed applications and operational processes • Use technology skills to solve problems and improve processes • Automate repetitive tasks using scripting/service orchestration • Implement new workplace IT tooling and support the evolvement of identity and access management posture • Provide second line support for tech escalation around device and app support • Manage changes to SaaS applications for wider business requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working with Scripting and Orchestration • Ability to identify and automate processes to improve operational efficiencies • Evaluate, implement and operate various automation tooling and technologies • Expert knowledge on Atlassian products and integrations (Jira, Confluence & Jira Service Management) • Administration knowledge of Workato, Jamf Pro, MacOS administration, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Identity and Access Management, Single -Sign-On tools • Self-starter and fast learner with a collaborative approach
