📋 Description

• Design and engineer software with customer or user experience as the primary objective • Contribute to the architecture, design and engineering centre of excellence • Build and leverage stakeholder relationships • Create customer outcomes through engineering, innovative solutions and technology designs • Work with software engineers to produce and prototype innovative ideas • Engage with domain and enterprise architects to validate and incorporate relevant architectures • Design and develop software with a focus on automating build, test and deployment activities • Define, create and provide oversight and governance of engineering and design solutions • Design and engineer complex software, scripts and tools enabling delivery of bank platforms, applications and services • Define and develop architecture models and roadmaps for application and software components • Design, produce, test and implement working code using Agile and DevOps techniques

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in cloud architecture across AWS and GCP • Experience designing secure, resilient and scalable solutions in complex enterprise environments • Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes platforms (GKE/EKS), container services and API management • Knowledge of Apigee Hybrid advantageous • Experience shaping architecture strategy and producing high- and low-level designs • Ability to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements and business outcomes • Deep expertise in API architecture and adoption • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence technical direction and communicate architecture decisions at all levels • Experience working in Agile delivery environments across engineering, architecture, security and product teams • Strong knowledge of cloud security, DevSecOps and infrastructure automation, including Terraform, CI/CD and modern identity and access management practices • Understanding of emerging cloud-native AI capabilities, such as Vertex AI, beneficial
