📋 Description

• Support senior management in driving the development of digital channel priorities and investment needs • Put customers at the heart of digital channel plans and continuously improve their digital journey • Oversee service delivery across the digital channel set • Own the digital journey, including performance management, service proposition and customer experience • Set the vision for digital features and create a world-class digital experience • Own the digital roadmap and define, manage and prioritise the digital backlog • Own and prioritise the Supply Chain Finance product backlog • Ensure delivery aligns with customer, commercial and strategic objectives • Lead design and delivery of product enhancements and transformation initiatives • Partner with business, operations and technology teams on complex technology builds and digital solutions • Define business requirements, process designs, user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams • Lead feature teams through the full delivery lifecycle • Make decisions to maximise value, resilience and operational efficiency • Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify opportunities for SCF proposition enhancement and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a Scrum or Agile team • Ability to innovate, partner and collaborate with customers and colleagues • Successful track record of digital delivery and operations • Experience with digital channel management and human centred design • Strong Supply Chain Finance product knowledge • Deep understanding of customer journeys, operational processes and market practices • Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes, ideally within SCF, Trade Finance or working capital solutions • Demonstrable experience delivering technology builds, platform implementations and digital product enhancements in an Agile environment • Strong product ownership and change delivery expertise • Backlog management, requirements gathering, process design and user story creation • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills • Experience influencing and collaborating across cross-functional teams • Proactive, delivery-focused mindset • Ability to take ownership, work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
