📋 Description

• Undertake and enable automated testing activities across all delivery models • Support teams in developing quality solutions and enable continuous integration and assurance of defect-free customer value deployment • Contribute to transforming testing through quality processes, tools, and methodologies • Build repeatable, constant, and consistent quality throughout the idea-to-value lifecycle • Support the design of automation test strategies aligned to business or programme goals • Evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches using automation and innovative testing products and solutions • Refine the scope of manual and automated testing • Create automated test scripts, user documentation, and artefacts • Design and create low-maintenance, stable, reusable automated test suites for cross-domain and end-to-end use • Apply testing and delivery standards, including product development lifecycle, mandatory, regulatory, and compliance requirements • Collaborate with feature teams and stakeholders across domains, platforms, and systems

🎯 Requirements

• Experience of automated testing, ideally from an Agile development or CI/CD environment • Ability to develop complex automation code • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile team • Experience in end-to-end and automation testing using tools recommended by the enterprise tooling framework • Background in designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks in new environments • Experience of manual testing across customer digital journeys • Knowledge of system integration, acceptance testing, and load, volume, and stress testing • Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to management-level colleagues • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
