📋 Description

• Build and maintain services provided to engineering squads • Engage directly with stakeholders and prioritize work based on impact • Work in a Kanban process and adapt priorities to unblock product squads • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Golden Paths, and AI productivity tooling • Enable and support AI adoption across the business • Collaborate with other squads to solve their problems • Participate in an in-hours support rota for engineers across the business • Troubleshoot broken pipelines, deployment issues, and unfamiliar technical problems

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working across infrastructure, platform tooling, and CI/CD • Experience using Docker and Kubernetes is required • Comfort working with multiple languages including Java, Go, Python, and TypeScript, with willingness to pick up unfamiliar tools and technologies • Ability to make sound technical decisions and balance quality with pragmatism • Highly collaborative approach, including pairing and mobbing • Comfort with ambiguity and shaping half-formed problems into solutions • Strong debugging skills and patience • Customer-focused mindset • Excitement about AI tooling, agentic AI, and developer productivity tools • Ability to engage with stakeholders, prioritize based on impact, take ownership, and mentor and challenge engineers through collaboration
