📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of Colleague Technology Security within the CISO organisation • Lead a small team, initially comprising four people • Secure and manage local AI use and access • Manage software, SaaS, and browser plug-in controls • Work on general system administration • Collaborate closely with the wider Colleague Technology Services and Security teams • Support team members in achieving their goals and progressing their careers • Evolve colleague identity capabilities • Ensure consistent malware protection • Enhance data security, including classification, location, and protection in use and at rest

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a small team or serving as a strong technical lead with interest in progressing into people leadership • Previous experience with AI / Agentic AI • Ability to manage complex and competing priorities • Passion for supporting and developing people in their roles • Technical expertise implementing and managing identity solutions • Experience working in fast-paced DevOps-style environments • Experience in rapidly changing and scaling environments
